Your Job:
As eCommerce Coordinator, you will work closely with the EMEA Marketing Data Analyst and the wider eCommerce team to support the development of future business for Brooks EMEA eCommerce. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day eCommerce business, bringing a proactive approach to collaboration and information sharing across different functions. You will assist the team on reporting, back-end setups, and quality assurance to create a seamless and inspiring front-end experience for consumers. This role requires technical affinity, attention to detail and a curiosity about what drives eCommerce conversion and amazing user journeys.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the EMEA Marketing Data Analyst with running various business reports including marketing campaign performance, sell through analysis and user journey analysis.
  • Assist in the requirements gathering and building of new reports for the wider eCommerce team within data tools (Excel, Adobe Analytics, Datorama, Tableau, Content Square).
  • Support in the set up and reporting of A/B tests for the eCommerce team to improve site conversion and user experience.
  • Support the Q&A of data for web analytics and media platforms implemented via a tag management system.
  • Monitor JIRA tickets to coordinate merchandising activities and resolve issues with the merchandising team.
  • Assist the eComm Operations Manager with QA for merchandising projects and data requests in new business cases.
  • Support on SEO implementation, ensuring optimizations are correctly updated for product categories, blog articles and landing pages.
  • Support in building content for BrooksRunning.com (EMEA websites) using Sitecore and identify/report on bugs when needed.
  • Support on QA/maintenance of our site to ensure landing pages, product collection pages, product detail pages and copy are accurate and localized correctly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Experience with web analytic platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Optimizely etc.) required.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems; Sitecore CMS preferred.
  • Familiarity with visualizing datasets in informative and clear ways to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Affinity with the Brooks’ product offerings and good understanding of the sportswear competitive landscape and eCommerce trends.
  • Proficient in core Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of statistical significance testing a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript and/or SQL a plus.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A team player who can support different eCommerce functions.
  • Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities is a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
