Work Schedule: Our office teams have transitioned back to working in the office on a regular hybrid schedule. At present, most team members are expected in the office an average of three (3) days a week.

What you will be doing:

The Manager, Supply Planning is responsible for managing and executing all processes related to supply planning and inventory requirements. The Manager, Supply Planning oversees all processes related to supply planning, planned order releases, production scheduling and inventory balancing. This key role will be responsible for providing the tools and expertise to bring all departments together to achieve accurate and effective planning and execution of production and inventory strategies.

  • Oversee and monitor the on time monthly delivery of Supply Plans and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve the plans

  • Responsible for reporting on and managing to, metrics for monthly projected inventory levels, fill rates and turns, and forming action plans to meet and exceed future month’s levels

  • Provide input to the Demand Planning organization in developing supply chain strategies for existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

  • Advise relevant parties of potential adverse conditions in time to implement corrective actions, utilizing stock status, Oracle, Business Intelligence (OBI), as well as other reports and tools

  • Run supply team meetings, creating agendas and ensuring that action plans are documented and implemented

  • Upkeep of Item Attributes - Substitution Rules, Item Status, Sourcing Rules, and MRP

  • Identifying, building and maintaining strategies and relationships with critical customers, internal and external

  • Maintain Capacity and Improve Dates on Critical Items - On Time Shipping, Purchase Order Maintenance – Update Promise Dates and PO Status –Sustains Accurate Supply Plan

  • Interviews, hires, and trains associates. Prepares work schedules, assigns duties, and directs work

  • Evaluates quality of work, conducts performance appraisals and counsel’s associates

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Ability to lead multiple projects and team members

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, statistics, supply chain analytics, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Planning

  • People management experience

  • Consistent record of achieving results in a fast-paced growth environment through analysis and collaboration with internal and external relationships

  • Demonstrated high level of autonomy and ability to self-start

  • Business and supply chain competence and understanding

  • Sophisticated presentation of data and refined reporting skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Proficiency in Excel; Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)

  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle and ASCP helpful

In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $87,214.57 - $136,796.53 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
