What you will be doing:

The Systems Analyst will have in-depth technical knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Sales Force Automation (SFA) software and related business process strategies.

  • Develop, implement, and support CRM applications and configurations

  • Configure and implement CRM systems with integration to other global ERP applications

  • Analyze / optimize current processes, Remediate errors, and extract, Validate CRM related data

  • Develop process and reporting capabilities while balancing business needs with technical complexity

  • Provide application support and assist with software and business processes

  • Serve as technical domain authority for company business applications and technical solutions

  • Develop and maintain system integrations

  • Automate processes and evaluate how data interacts within the CRM

  • Provide experienced level support to solve problems as they arise

  • Perform quality assurance testing and post-implementation support

  • Perform software upgrades and meet support SLA's

  • Define and document policies and governing procedures

  • Perform vital quantitative and qualitative analyses to support process design leading to efficiency and quality

  • Define master data templates and map data from source to target system

  • Define and configure data attributes

  • Maintain and stabilize applications to meet data requirements

  • Develop reports and dashboards that visualize data for sales, marketing, and extended teams

  • Clean master data, implement successful data export and import

  • Captures and evaluates business requirements in the context of our overall system solutions

  • Performs gap analysis between business requirements and CRM application functionality

  • Conduct detailed as-is and to-be analysis

  • Acts as a liaison within the IT department to all staff in the organization to support their business initiatives through systems evolution

  • Lead projects and major improvements

  • Translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem

  • Provide technical and functional support and mentorship

  • Develop and train end-users

  • Constructs workflow charts, diagrams, and use cases

  • Ensure timely delivery for Projects and Tasks

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Hands on experience with crafting artifacts like Business Requirement document, System Requirement document (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specification Document (FSD)

  • Excellent oral and written English communication and social skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, multitasking skills, time management and efficiency

  • Familiar with project management and/or business analysis concepts from PMI, Six Sigma, or IIBA

  • Strong proficiency and exposure to the functionality available in B2B, Sales CRM platforms and Customer Data Management platforms, Customer Experience platforms, and experience crafting Technical Requirement and Gap Analysis documentation

  • Ability to write SQL queries and read PL/SQL code

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Exposure to AIM Methodologies

  • 4+ years of experience in Commercial operations including Quote-To-Cash, Customer Care, Order Fulfillment, Global Services & Support and Customer Experience

  • 3+ years of experience working in Salesforce.com, (Service Cloud, Knowledge Management), Microsoft, SAP, and/or Oracle Sales Force Automation implementations

  • 3+years in CPG Industry, implementing CRM applications, and mapping and configuring Customer and Contact Data

  • 1+ years of experience as an implementation lead supporting a customizable CRM application

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing sales and marketing campaigns
