Work Location: Marlborough, MA - Hybrid

What you will be doing:

Responsible for the development and creation of design concepts and execution of various multimedia projects to include storyboard design, 3D animation, 2D animation, graphic design and video production. Maintain design standards of licensed brands and corporate guidelines.

  • Manage multimedia assets, related files and legal rights for content crafted in-house or by outside vendors

  • Ensure compliance with corporate and brand guidelines

  • Create renderings of products and environments for use in print and digital projects

  • Create and re-purpose graphics and special effects for various projects

  • Perform all stages of video production and publishing

  • Build explainer videos/animations for online sales and social media platforms, product promotion, online owner’s manuals, Marketing and Sales presentations, and corporate videos

  • Proofread, check composition, typography and choose product/humanity photos and video on a variety of design projects

  • Responsible for handling and coordinating multiple projects and ensuring turn around times are met. Will be self-directed and responsible in setting timelines for all stages of development.

  • Work cross functionally on motion graphic projects in line with the current artwork approval system using PIFs (Project initiation Forms)

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Design artwork for digital and print projects in a collaborative environment

  • Strong understanding of animation principles, form, color, light and composition.

  • Collaborate with Art Director and Creative Director to create and implement design concepts

  • Strong communication and ability to work seamlessly with other departments

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, remain flexible and adaptable in a fast paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer

  • 1+ years’ experience in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and a 3D Program

  • Experience in rigging, modeling, rendering, key framing and composing in both 2D and 3D

  • Solid understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mac-based, Adobe Suite required. OSX trouble-shooting experience

  • Experience in an in-house corporate design department
