What will you be doing?

CD (Client Development) area is responsible for the relationship with beauty industry clients. As a Client Development Beauty LATAM Associate you will support the team to continuously develop market insights, to prospect for new clients/markets, to grow business relationships, and to drive client satisfaction aiming retention and upsells.

Job Responsibilities

• Key point of contact for service-related requests or issues, leading client review meetings and trainings
• Update and deliver databases and reports to clients within agreed deadlines, which will include co-ordination and collaboration with wider CIRCANA teams
• Perform quality control checks to ensure high quality and accuracy of client deliverables
• Oversee the receipt of information for DTC (direct-to-consumer) data from our clients and follow up figures confirmations, following our quality control process
• Operational support for LATAM region: contacts list management, brand and products classification
• Support team to generate market trend analysis and industry insights, presenting them internally and externally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree - in Marketing, Business, or related field with a quantitative component
• 1+ years of experience, preferably with analytical experience
• Knowledge in MS Office products, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word
• Languages: Advanced English and Portuguese. Spanish is an advantage.
• Desire to learn and discover about the interest categories, with an inquisitive mindset that is always seeking to understand the "why" behind the data.
• Self-starter: takes action to achieve goals beyond expectations.
• Possesses excellent organization skills. Able to organize tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Committed to total quality. Sets high standards for self and others; shows concern for total quality; improves work processes whenever possible.

This position can be located in the following area(s): São Paulo (Brasil), Role will be hybrid. 1 time a week in the office- Thursdays.
