Inside Sales Representative

We have over 25 years of cycling experience and our ultimate goal is to consistently build the best road and mountain bikes in the world.

Who you are

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the right hand to our Outside Reps, guaranteeing that our customer service is on point by building and maintaining dealer relationships, while going that extra mile to hit monthly sales goals. You’ll have a passion for our brands, a keenness to learn and a flexible approach to your day to day.

What you’ll do

• Covering all brands, you will proactively sell through outbound calls and emails, working closely with the outside reps and contributing to more targeted actions.

• You’ll be decisive and commercially minded - you know how to balance the interests of the customer and the needs of the business.

• Exclusively manage selected accounts.

• Keep your eye on the external market - for example, through opening new accounts or exploring new dealer opportunities.

• Help with Demo days and dealer events (including HQ supported events).

Skills and requirements

• A proven track record in sales (or similar), with a focus on achieving targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to proactively engage with dealers and team members.

• Creative thinking for overcoming challenges and identifying new opportunities.

• Experience with Sage CRM software or another similar CRM system.
