HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Assist our water bottle sales and production teams by overseeing order processing, ensuring precise pick ticket and production job generation. Monitor customer accounts for credit terms and PayPal prepayments, meeting sales team deadlines for various categories including Specialized retailers, owned retail, house, key account, purist stainless, and international orders.
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional key stakeholders regarding order ticket accuracy and order follow-ups.
- Lead various projects assigned by supervisors to help streamline and improve efficiency.
- Communicate daily orders for department visibility on production pipeline and Outlook.
- Ability to problem solve, streamline, and improve processes.
- A proactive attitude, ready to contribute wherever your team requires assistance.
- You’re driven by your department’s goals and are poised to achieve them.
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience with data entry.
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working in a warehouse preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel, database software, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm PST, located at our headquarters in Morgan Hill.

Pay
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: $16.60-$26 per hour
At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
