HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

• Serve as the point person for building access, housekeeping, maintenance, safety and coordination of in-house catering or events.
• Owns and manages key vendor relationships to include janitorial, security, landscaping, utilities, repair/maintenance, safety equipment and pest control.
• Perform accounts payable duties to include payments, expense tracking, purchase orders and account analysis.
• Regularly maintain inventory and cleanliness of common office areas, kitchenettes, locker rooms.
• Receive, Sort, and Distribute daily mail and deliveries. (USPS/Amazon)
• Partner with Human Resources for employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate with Information Technology on all computer, video conferencing and network equipment.
• Facilitate space planning and workstation setup for teammates.
• Maintain company vehicle required paperwork and stay current on annual maintenance/repairs.
• Be a go-to resource for teammates, helping ensure we can provide them with the necessary tools and capabilities to be maximally successful in their roles.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree preferred.
• 4 years of proven experience as an Office manager, Property Manager or Facility Coordinator preferred.
• Work independently on regularly performed duties, must have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, be a self-starter, dependable and flexible.
• Strong desire to learn and grow.
• Willing to learn and utilize new business technologies.
• Be flexible to work outside business hours and return to work in emergency situations as needed.
• Computer/Software proficiencies: MS Suite, Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

Pay

Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:

Colorado Base Pay Range: $42,543-$67,733

At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
