To strengthen our local and global Operations & Logistics team, we are searching for an Operational Analyst to commence immediately or by agreement. In this role you will manage cost and pricing updates and analyze cost data. We are looking for a person who is a number driven professional with experience working with Microsoft Excel. This position will be based in Hünenberg (ZG), Switzerland.

How you'll make a difference

• Main tasks as an Operational Analyst
  • Monitor Data Accuracy in Oracle ERP system
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Manage cost and pricing updates for all EU warehouse locations
  • Analyze and review existing cost data to ensure system accuracy
  • Maintain price lists
  • Create additional ad hoc reports as needed
  • Internal and external customer maintenance
  • Conduct ANS checks
  • Create reportings
  • Act as a cost-/pricing backup for EMEA inside sales and for other various tasks when needed

• Support Tasks for Operations & Logistics team
  • Execute Product Transfers
  • Communicate shipping instructions to external Vendors / Century
  • Main contact to follow up on shipping errors

What you need to win

• Commercial education with a min. of 3 - 5 years of experience in Operations or Logistics, preferably in the bike or sports industry
• Profound business understanding and good analytical and planning skills
• Distinct rider-centric mindset with a high service-orientation
• Responsible, dedicated, and pro-active attitude with the ability to stay calm and patient and keep the overview in hectic times
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to effectively interact with riders and team members, German is a strong advantage
• Profound IT user knowledge (MS Office, specifically Excel, Tableau)
• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
