Who Are We Looking For?

The Superfeet Sales Team seeks an Industrial and Commercial Sales Account Manager aligned with our core values. We seek an innovative, self-motivated professional with a keen business sense for their territory. This individual will cultivate new business relationships, champion Superfeet products within the industrial and commercial sectors, maximize sales opportunities, and thrive in both independent and collaborative settings. Bringing existing contacts or connections within the industry is a plus. The Commercial Sales Account Manager’s organizational skills, preparedness, and responsiveness should be unmatched and ensures the industries we serve stay on their feet.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Create and execute sales plans to exceed the sales budget.
  • Identify new business prospects.
  • Steer leads through the sales pipeline.

Prospecting and Relationship Building:

  • Proactively seek and engage potential accounts.
  • Nurture relationships at all organizational levels to promote Superfeet products and solutions.

Business Growth:

  • Identify growth opportunities.
  • Defend against competitor advances.
  • Leverage existing relationships to expand Superfeet's market presence.

Account Management:

  • Manage existing accounts.
  • Strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.

Expense Management:

  • Effectively manage expenses in line with the sales budget.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Needed:

  • Positive, customer-centric, service-oriented, and team-focused attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve common sales goals.
  • Maintains knowledge about and seeks out information on industry trends and market developments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient with CRM software for sales management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, equivalent experience, or a mix of education and experience preferred.
  • A proven track record in sales; adept at qualifying opportunities, generating interest, and closing sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, ideally with commercial sales experience (PPE preferred).
    • Footwear and insole sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in industrial and commercial sectors, knowledge of market trends, and ability to identify new business opportunities.
    • Industrial and commercial sector expertise in footwear and insoles is preferred.
  • Bringing existing industry contacts or connections is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time, with 2-3 times per month travel expected.
    • openness to a flexible work schedule on short notice, including nights and weekends.

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000/year (DOE)

Location: Ideal candidate will be located within the Mid-West and South-Eastern U.S.
