Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Key Account Manager who is passionate about helping healthcare practitioners and their patients. At Superfeet Rx, you will be critical in expanding our presence across North America's medical market. You could be the perfect fit for our team if you have a deep understanding of the medical sales landscape, a proven track record in business development, and the drive to build lasting relationships with clinical partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Focus on closing new business and expanding the customer base in our target orthotic healthcare market, including practitioners across North America such as podiatrists, physical therapists, chiropractors, and O&P professionals. (60%)
- Target and secure a specific number of new accounts annually.
- Specific orthotic volume targets provided annually.
- Manage a select group of existing key accounts to ensure high satisfaction and retention. (20%)
- Coordinate key account needs with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with your manager on key account agreements.
- General expectation is to maintain and grow the existing key account business.
- Support alternative sales channels, including the medical affiliate program. (5%)
- Enhance Rx team OTC product knowledge through training and support to help drive OTC growth. (5%)
- Engage in team planning, cross-functional projects, and marketing development activities. (5%)
- Participate in tradeshows and industry events. (5%)
- In conjunction with your manager;
- Ensure tactical execution is aligned with annual strategic objectives.
- Ensure annual smart goals progress towards completion.
- Assist in monthly reporting and data analysis.
Your Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role in the healthcare or medical products industry.
- Strong strategy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive revenue growth through innovative initiatives.
- Primarily working from a home office with regular travel to tradeshows, lead/customer sites, and the corporate office as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficient with CRM software for sales management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Medical Sales
- Minimum of 5 years of Orthotic Industry or Medical Device Sales Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Kinesiology, Biomechanics, etc.) preferred.
Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000 DOE
Location & Territory: Remote
