Manager, DTC & Digital Allocation Packs (EMEA)
Packs EMEA (Kipling, Eastpak, Jansport) is looking for an exceptional Manager, DTC & Digital Allocation to join our Planning & Allocation team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

As Manager, DTC & Digital Allocation Packs you will be responsible for managing the stock levels of our off- & online DTC Channels.
You will lead the full in-store product lifecycle from launch till end of season sale in all our channels: Outlets, Concessions, our own Brands' websites, and Digital partners like Zalando. You will make sure that all these channels are equipped with the right stock, during every step of the in-store product lifecycle. You will be the go-to person for Sales/Discount moments and will define sales strategies and discounts for all off & online DTC Channels. You will be working closely together with the Field Operations and Ecommerce teams to maximize the sales and margin, sell through and bottom-line profitability following the Packs Brands' direction and vision. In our Planning & Allocation team, you will lead 3 allocation team members and you will partner closely with the Senior Planner DTC & Digital.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
Making sure that all our channels are equipped with the right assortment at the right time.
Updating and analysing KPI’s like stock in store, business sell out and sell throughs to get the most efficient stock allocation, both Top-Down, as Bottom-up. Inventory efficiency is key.
Driving problem solving for stock related issues and shipments.
Defining sales strategies and discounts, combining inventory KPI’s with Packs Brands’ strategies.
Making sure that all promotional activities, featured in marketing and sales calendars, are supported from a stock perspective.
Collaborating closely with people in the field, by sharing analysis and insights.
Leading the development of 3 allocators, who will support you to get the right product at the right location at the right time.
Organization – People management
Coach and develop the team
Promote IDEA culture within his/her organization, with a strong focus on inclusion and diversity
Remain agile by redefining roles and responsibilities when needed according to the Brand strategy
Act as a catalyst in the team for innovation and omnichannel excellence
Skills for Success
To succeed as a Manager, DTC & Digital Allocation, you should be a (self)-motivator who can respond quickly to our changing retail environment and store needs, with:
Economics/Science University Degree or similar
5 years’ experience in retail allocation, order management, analytics, or related fields
Proven leadership and communication skills, leading and helping the team and team members to achieve great results.
A superior eye for details, as in Retail it's all about the detail.
The ability to assess facts/results and make appropriate business decisions. KPI analysis will be key.
A customer focused mindset
Excellent time management and prioritizing skills. Flexibility will be key.
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, above all Excel. Access and Power BI are a big plus.
Prior knowledge of SAP is a plus.
