For a maternity leave cover in our Milan office, we are looking for an Accounting Support.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager and in cooperation with the Local CFO, the candidate will perform all phases of the accounting and controlling functions with the following main accountabilities:

• Support Preparation of monthly and annual statements and reports

• Month-end and year-end closings according to national and international regulations

• Account payable management (Invoices postings and payment proposal creation)

• GL accounts reconciliations

• Accruals and provisions analysis, control, postings and release

• Lease Accounting & Rent management

• Central postings across Europe for Concession&Consigment.

• Local administration tasks

Your Profile

• Completed studies with a focus on Finance or Accounting

• Proved experience in accounting and reconciliation toward local statutory and Us Gaap accounting/balance sheet

• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office

• Very good communication skills and ability to work both as part of a team and in autonomy

• Attention to detail, dependability and ability to learn quickly

• Fluent Italian and English

• Previous experience in the role for at least 3 years in Multinational company
