Inventory Lead - 1st Shift

Hours: Monday - Thursday 5a-4:30p

Document inventory by recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, losses and removal of items. Prepare basic inventory reports by collecting and analyzing information on stock usage. Maintain inventory operations by following policies and procedures and report changes as needed.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do: Leading, communicating, coaching, and motivating, individuals and the shift team to meet and/or exceed day-to-day quality, efficiency, and organizations objectives.

How you will do it: Under the general direction of the shift supervisor, this person will be an active leader for employees. The Inventory lead will assist the supervisor in the execution of facility operations to meet production within their department to reach operational goals.

What success looks like: Follows all company safety, attendance, and security procedures to ensure the team reach the daily objectives.

Skills for Success

Years of related professional experience: 2 years

Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

  • What we expect you already know: Basic level of education will be required; reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.
  • What we will teach you: Guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a warehouse
