As the Retoucher in our Creative Services Department, you will be a key part of the creative team that is responsible for global ad campaigns in both print and film. We’ll be looking to you, while working directly with our in-house creative team, to help ensure originality and detail in our campaigns. Your ability to retouch images in line with the creative team’s vision is a crucial role to the team, as well as play a critical role as the team member that ensures all imagery is of the highest quality.

It is critical that you’re able to balance both taking feedback and adding value to the creative team. You must be able to work on multiple projects at once. As the Creative Services Retoucher, your sense of self-motivation will allow you to prioritize a number of different projects, ensuring projects are completed when deadlines set. How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

• Retouch all photography according to the creative and production specifications.

• Ensure visual consistency of production images within projects, and across brand.

• Retouch images in accordance with established style guides.

How you will do it:

• Proficiency in Photoshop/lightroom and the Adobe Creative Suite

• Working quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.

• By retouching a wide range of products and on figure images that involve cleanup and color correction.

• By developing strong partnerships with both art and creative directors to improve department efficiencies.

• A sharp eye and attention to details.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ years

Educational Position Requirements:

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Photography or Graphic Artist field or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Experience working in the action sports & advertisement industry

$73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually
