Manager, FP&A Digital & Technology (VF Corporation, Denver, CO):

Support the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Corporate & Services in development and analysis of strategic plan, annual budget, and monthly forecasts, and provide insightful analysis to the Digital businesses and functions. Administer Digital & Technology FP&A reporting and analysis with accountability for data accuracy and balanced forecast, with identification of risks and opportunities. Utilize analytical skills to maintain and improve current financial cadence, as well as develop new metrics and reports as needed to support strategic initiatives and executive business reviews. Support the Digital business teams on developing key strategic initiatives and ad hoc requests through data gathering, analytics and putting together a business case for review by Senior Management. Partner and collaborate with Enterprise FP&A team and Corporate Controllership team on reporting accuracies, timeliness, and other ad hoc requests. Ensure alignment across functions, regions, and brands on investment decisions and enforce accountability through management dashboard. Support Corporate & Services FP&A team on key finance agility projects and initiatives.

Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the time. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, $111,384.00 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in financial modeling, including income statements and cash flow analysis.

Of the required experience must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders, multiple dotted line relations, multiple countries and regions, complex decision rights and workstream owners, as well as sharing employees and resources across functions;
• Financial modeling, including income statements and cash flow analysis;
• Utilizing expense/accrual recognition principles and capitalizing vs. expensing cost in accordance with the U.S. GAAP;
• Working in the FI and CO modules of SAP; and
• Utilizing Coupa Business Spend Management software.

Of the required experience must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Communicating and executing financial budgets to operations staff; and
• Investment analysis with a focus on the financial performance and financial results, including NPV, IRR, and Payback period.

Hiring Range:

$102,816.00 USD - $128,520.00 USD annually
