Senior Sales & Operations Analyst (VF Outdoor, LLC; Costa Mesa, CA): Develop, integrate and provide account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning which includes replenishment data, point-of-sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions. Assist in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts. Maintain and manage product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand. Analyze internal demand stream information and categorizes according to demand patterns. Align sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups. Responsible for market level forecasting of targets and fill rate achievement. Maximize account sales and inventory turns by forecasting consumer demand and developing optimal product assortments and replenishment inventory strategies.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of experience in supply chain reporting and analysis.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

• Managing information flow across functions and systems;
• Conducting analysis of supply chain processes, including planning, sourcing, production, and delivery;
• Identifying analytical tools, models and methods for making key business decisions;
• Analyzing business problems using statistical analysis and financial modeling; and
• Using statistical data collection methodologies and analysis to collect, validate, and analyze data.

Must have one year of experience using SAP and Bi-Cognos to pull reporting and business analytics information.
