We are looking for a PR & Brand Communication Intern to join Timberland within VF EMEA Internship Program.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
You will support in Press Relations/ Brand communications/ Authenticators & Social Media at EMEA level by:
Daily interaction and exchange with countries Marketing Manager, agencies, TBL & VF internal functions and global team.
Support in implementing regional seasonal roll out plans and PR activities managed by EMEA HQ (Media partnership, event management, seeding, activations).
Manage and deliver Press materials & Social Media toolkits to markets and wider TBL team.
Develop press material (copywriting and proofing, distribution).
Calendar management: working with all internal and agencies: keep track of our key global/EMEA/ markets dates in the PR calendar.
Authenticators profiles and contents briefing and developments monitoring - for Social Media organic and for all other marketing functions supported by authenticators.
Create several reports and presentations on various product launches and initiatives.
Support in the daily back-office activities (meeting record/ product order management/ master media and seeding lists).
Reporting: performance and KPIs monitoring and deliveries of campaign/ monthly / quarterly reports.
Work closely with corporate communication and internal team to create synergies and increase visibility for Timberland (internal newsletter/ media alert).
Build and maintain knowledge of competitive PR and digital channel trends: Monitor competitor activities and share as required.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you are going to graduate between January – April 2024 – it’s a must.
You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO
Start date: April 15th 2024.
For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
