Position/ Title: Senior Finance Analyst

Coalition & Brand: Emerging Brands

Function: Finance FP&A

Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific

Role & Responsibilities:

Support in driving the financial planning of Asia Pacific business by analyzing its performance and risks. Partner with the brand teams to provide insightful analysis for consistent and sustainable growth.

Key Result Areas:

 Report and analyze key performance indicators to identify underlying business opportunities & risks and provide input for operational and strategic decisions.

 Support the monthly forecasting process by preparing revenue, margin and expense analysis as needed for the brand

 Support the annual budgeting and strategic planning process by completing financial projections, templates and risk & opportunity analysis for the local and global finance teams

 Work closely with the Operations in key business processes & Inventory Planning

 Provide brand partnership to support strategic Initiatives and provide financial simulations for key investments and activities

 Participate in special projects and ad hoc analysis

 Deeply understands the relationships between P&L activities with balance sheet and cash flow

 Has analytical mindset with ability to solve difficult problems

 Thinks strategically and provides thought leadership

 Strong understanding of financial statements and US GAAP

 Strong Excel and PowerPoint Capabilities

 Fluent in English, added proficiency in Mandarin is also preferred

Experience

Minimum Relevant Experience: 3 year related working experience in related industry (retail or FMCG preferred)

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor degree.
