About the Role: We are looking for a Temp Lab Dip Assistant to join our color team in Shenzhen who will process day to day color development work between global customer and vendor.

This role will be in Gore facility in Shenzhen, China.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform the Data Entry – Receive and document lab dip correspondence (submission, approvals, rejections, cancellation)
  • Interface with customers and vendors as needed for clarification and information to process requests
  • Late lab dip report follow up with vendors weekly
  • Confirm colorfastness acceptance from customers on approvals lower than spec before database entry
  • Go direct to vendor for any vendor related confirmation (submit I vs 1)
  • Interface with cross functional team members when needed. (RSM-regional shade manager, ISA, etc.)
  • Receive requests direct from customer or ISA(inside sales team) depending on agreement with customer
  • Support Corrective Action plans, implement changes to process as recommended by continued improvement efforts

Required Qualifications:

  • College or above education major in English, Textile or relevant education background
  • Proficient English reading and writing capability is essential
  • Good logical mind to process daily lab dip database operation and cognos reporting
  • Detail orientated to ensure data accuracy
  • Sense of customer service and team spirit
  • Can work as a bridge between customers and vendors to deliver customer expectation accurately and effectively
  • Take ownership of regional customer color development work independently

Desired Qualifications:

  • College or above
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, experience of working with global outdoor brand is highly preferred
  • Color knowledge can be an advantage
