Hybrid Schedule: Our Marlborough team has transitioned back to working in the office on a regular hybrid schedule. At present, most team members are expected in the office an average of three (3) days a week. Decisions regarding any changes to our hybrid schedule will be communicated as we continue to closely monitor COVID-19 with employee safety is our priority.

What you will be doing:
The PLS Project Manager will be responsible for the management and support of non-technical programs across key business units. These programs may include country conversions, product modifications, packaging modifications, and other logistical programs.
Work with multi-functional teams to execute non-technical projects (country conversions, product modifications, packaging modifications, and other logistical programs).
Support Program Managers and Project Engineers in the execution of technical and non-technical projects and corresponding documentation
Build and maintain project schedules
Lead communication between internal and external resources and suppliers (some of these resources will be in Asia)
Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to maintain accurate product BOMs.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status to multiple levels of management
Lead many simultaneous small to medium sized projects
Lead overseas meetings as required to run projects/programs
Develop tools and processes to better optimize department responsibilities
Lead training classes on processes and systems on an ongoing basis
Onsite 3rd Audit and internal audit support as needed
Build, update, review, and develop Document Control standard operating procedures and supporting work instructions based in ISO 13485 and FDA Quality System Regulations
Skills needed to be successful:
Able to handle a diverse team, work proactively in a team environment and with our manufacturing suppliers across different countries and time zones
Flexibility and ability to learn quickly on the job
Able to handle a diverse team and work with team members and suppliers across different countries and time zones
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field or equivalent
1+ year experience supporting engineering technical project and documentation
1+ year experience with documentation control standard operating procedures
1+ year experience in training teams on process and supporting audits
Detail oriented with good follow-through skills
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with document control and change management
Oracle E-business Suite and Agile PLM software
