What you will be doing:
The Financial Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for providing financial analysis that strengthens and supports the company’s long-term strategic vision and objectives.
Support new project development finance, including financial template updates and enhanced visuals, dashboards, functionality, and automation.
Support and assist in developing annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans.
Analyze and review cost center budgeting, including for Marketing and other departments across our Beauty and Wellness Business Unit
Improve, standardize, and distribute monthly SKU-level performance data.
Identify and correct any vital SKU-level data changes or improvements.
Forecast and analyze licensing and royalty fees.
Track consumable attachment rates over time.
Report on this key business unit performance indicator.
Complete ad-hoc projects, including data and system validations and improvements as needed.
Summarize ad-hoc financial opportunities, including new sales and distribution opportunities.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Experience with ERP Systems
Curiosity about Consumer Goods and Products Industry, brand finance, and market analysis
