About the role

The Application Support Specialist is responsible for ongoing support of Osprey Europe technical solutions, existing bespoke applications, Sage200/Oracle ERP solutions, Reporting solutions (Sage, PowerBI, Crystal Reports) and EDI.

The role will also require working with users to resolve application and data related issues.

This role also provides cover for the DevOps manager during periods of absence and whilst supporting global applications.

The role is responsible for the handling and processing of UK and European GDPR data.

What you’ll do in the role

  • Support ERP solutions (Sage 200/Oracle)
  • Support EDI Systems
  • Support B2B connectivity including GDPR data
  • Troubleshoot and support reporting for PowerBI, Sage and Crystal reports
  • Supporting existing Osprey Europe bespoke applications and web portals

What will help you do the job well


  • Knowledge of ERP Systems (Sage200 / Oracle)
  • Knowledge of JSON, XML and EDI
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server databases and strong transact SQL skills
  • Knowledge of EDI & API in a GDPR environment
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
  • Excitement about joining a midsize yet growing company with fast-growing brands!

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of C#, ASP.Net and JavaScript beneficial
