Together, you’ll help our customers get the high-quality gear they need to make the most of their adventures. We are BUILT FOR THE WILD™.
The Senior Apparel Graphics Designer drives the overall visual language and implementation of YETI’s apparel collections. This is not a traditional textile or pattern-making designer; this role will create and deliver artwork exclusively for YETI’s apparel lines, and influence YETI’s long-term apparel strategy as the esign expert.
This role partners with YETI leaders to meet creative, marketing, brand, and business objectives of our apparel, while managing external partners to ensure quality, timelines, and fabrication. Core areas of responsibility include adhering to brand guidelines while continuously challenging and improving upon our core visuals, applying that effort to everything produced, from seasonal apparel collections to more pursuit or event-focused offerings.
YETI’s Senior Apparel Graphics Designer must be ready & able to communicate big ideas, providing strategic perspective to the creative process, and act as an evangelist for premium, on-brand creative work. While this role will not have direct reports at time of hire, all Senior Designers should operate as leads and mentors across the Marketing department, in the form of “show by doing,” creating expectations for well-crafted, considered, progressive creative work.
