We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards team, as we continue to build upon our foundation of existing compensation programs and strengthening existing ones to ensure we are built for growth / scale, compliant, and remain market competitive. In this role, you will work with the Total Rewards team. supporting the Sr. Compensation Analyst and Total Rewards Leader on activities related to broad-based compensation and compensation administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in various compensation surveys. Tracks surveys and due dates. Maintains job matches and compiles data for salary survey submission.

  • Supports in the annual compensation planning process, including system testing, data preparation, and process management.

  • Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations affecting compensation, including tracking minimum wage increases for retail store locations.

  • Responds to compensation process-related inquiries.

  • Documents new processes; maintains policy and guideline documentation on existing processes.

  • Marking pricing and MarketPay maintenance.

  • Survey participation and contract renewal admin.

  • Support other administrative activities, such as:

  • Create Sales Plan Acknowledgments (Quarterly and biannual plans)

  • Quarterly company bonus projection files

  • Review and approve International Payrolls – Australia, UK, China, Singapore

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science or related field

  • At least 0 - 2 years relevant work experience in the Compensation field

  • Experience working with global compensation in Workday a plus

  • Demonstrates strong partnerships with business units in the organization

  • Experience working with global compensation in Workday a plus

  • Experience with annual merit review cycles, compensation survey activities and job matching to market surveys and grades

  • Strong analytical skills and power user of Excel

  • Demonstrates strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills

  • Must be positive, detail and quality oriented, organized, team oriented and a driven problem solver, multi-tasker, and self-starter with the ability to prioritize and effectively manage time in a fast paced, dynamic environment
