For what purposes are we going to process your data?
When you register on the Camber Outdoors job board as a company admin, we will ask you for at most:
- a valid e-mail address
- a password
- your name
- information provided by third parties such as LinkedIn, according to your privacy settings (profile picture, first name, last name and email address)
The processing of your personal data is based on your freely given and unambiguous consent. Because you have accepted our invitation to join our talent network, we will process your data in order to connect you with job seekers and to allow you to request introductions and post new jobs on the platform.
We cannot create an account without the minimum mandatory information that will be indicated on each registration form.
If you use the social network LinkedIn in order to register, we will only access the data that you have authorized this entity to communicate and for the same purposes as if you registered directly with us. Without the minimum data required we will not be able to create a user account.
How long will we keep your data for?
We will continue to process your data until you delete your account or until this network is no longer active. If Getro Inc also acts as a Data Controller, they will keep your data until all the networks provided by Getro Inc that you are a member of are no longer active or until you delete your account.
If the company for which you are an admin is no longer part of the Camber Outdoors network, your account for this network will be changed from a company admin to a network member.
With whom will we share your data?
Your data will not be communicated or transferred to third parties without your consent.
3.3. Statistical processing
Additionally, we will process your data for statistical purposes that allow us to prepare reports, determine how many people visit our website and to improve our services. The reports that we generate will only contain aggregated data in a way that does not allow the identification of individuals.
