Your Job:
The Integrated Marketing team is responsible for driving go-to-market planning for all brand and product campaigns. The Integrated Marketing Manager, EMEA, is the ‘hub’ of the EMEA Marketing team. In your role, you lead and drive integrated brand and marketing strategies and plans to deliver content for key initiatives to drive runner engagement and Brooks’ growth.
Critical to the role is establishing a strong relationship with the global marketing team to ensure EMEA needs are considered at a strategic and executional level. You are responsible for building strong relationships with the country Marketing Managers and leading the GTM process for EMEA marketing, as well as ensuring our marketing efforts have maximum impact by steering the functional teams to build integrated marketing plans for each initiative across the region.
The Integrated Marketing Manager leads a small team pivotal to the success of Brooks execution of an integrated marketing strategy across EMEA.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of a 6-month integrated marketing calendar around key initiatives that defines the stories we want to tell as a brand. Ensure all initiatives are integrated across each of the functions and aligned with global and local plans.
  • Ensure strategic alignment within the marketing organization to operationalize and execute integrated marketing strategies and plans for key marketing and brand initiatives.
  • Lead the organization of GTM plans and presentations to countries across EMEA.
  • Manage the EMEA IMC Timeline and ensuring local markets provide feedback at designated gates and are kept well informed of progress.
  • Ensure local EMEA marketing teams’ execution is on on-strategy and on-brand; organize regular checkpoints to review planning and execution of local marketing plans and ensure everyone is informed, aligned and engaged with EMEA marketing plans.
  • Drive creative workstreams with the internal Creative Studio and external agencies to bring the strategy and plan to life visually.
  • Brief in all seasonal marketing campaigns to either internal creative studio or external creative agency.
  • Oversee the development of all marketing campaign assets to ensure all messaging and visual representations ladder back to overall strategic goals of the campaign and/or consumer journey.
  • Ensure the right assets are received in time from Global Marketing
  • Act as a point of contact for Global Marketing on all initiatives and share relevant information with stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Be the voice for EMEA to the global team on all initiatives to ensure relevancy of campaigns and content for EMEA countries.
  • Foster a collaborative working spirit between Global, EMEA, and local offices.
  • Monitor the budget for Integrated Marketing, ensuring each initiative is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
  • Support the Director of Marketing, EMEA, in the development of the EMEA 3-year marketing strategy as well as strategic seasonal priorities.
  • Stay up-to-date on technology and tools s and make recommendations to improve our marketing capability.
  • Manager, mentor and support the Integrated Marketing team, promoting career development and managing performance using Brooks HR processes.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree (preferable in business/marketing)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant marketing experience (brand, footwear, retail & lifestyle experience is a preference), ideally involving ATL Communications development and media planning.
  • 2+ years management experience.
  • Clear understanding of brand positioning and brand building.
  • Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions.
  • International business experience: understanding of key EMEA markets and product dynamics.
  • Experienced with brand management at country level in an international environment.
  • Drive & energetic, trend-conscious.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills: ability to multi-task, combining strategy and execution. Readiness to step in, to get the job done when needed (hands on attitude).
  • Fluency in English, other European language skills are a great plus (German, French, Italian, Dutch and/or Spanish).
  • Experience working in a country and regional or global team preferable.
  • Strong passion for the running enthusiast and practicing an active lifestyle.
