Job Description

The Transformation Program Manager is responsible for working with the Transformation office to help plan and manage the delivery of large, complex business transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, the primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee and manage organizational projects. Specifically, the PM will lead in-flight GearUp initiatives and requests by maintaining a project plan, identifying and detailing risks, issues, and dependencies, and facilitating meetings to drive program outcomes. This individual will develop and execute project plans, objectives and timelines and will monitor project progress in the Wave tool to ensure achievement of milestones. The individual should have effective communication skills and the adaptability to navigate complex and dynamic environments.

This position reports to the Head of Transformation and is based out of our Providence, Rhode Island location.

As the Program Manager, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Manage transformation initiatives within Revelyst.

  • Develop and execute project plans, objectives, and timelines.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints.

  • Identify and manage program risks and issues.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.

  • Implement project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Track project budgets and financials.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industry required; advanced degree a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in finance or project management.

  • Budgeting and financial management skills.

  • Experience in accounting or public company financial reporting.

  • Risk management and mitigation expertise.

  • Good understanding of project management processes and familiarity with project management tools.

  • Successful track record of leading through uncertainty and ambiguity in critical, enterprise-wide, multidisciplinary initiatives.

  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite abilities.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
