Under the supervision of a Regional Forester or other supervisory official in the Department of
Environmental Protection, appointees will be trained to and will assist to provide/implement the following duties: professional forestry
review, planning, and recommendations for forestry programs statewide; to design and implement forest
management activities on State owned land with duties including but not limited to forest inventory collection,
silviculture prescription development, sample design, forest simulation, data analysis and more…
