Work Location – Marlborough, MA

What you will be doing:

The Financial Analyst will be part of a team that is responsible for providing financial analysis that strengthens and supports the company’s long-term strategic vision and objectives.

  • Support new project development finance, including financial template updates and enhanced visuals, dashboards, functionality, and automation.

  • Support and assist in developing annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and multi-year strategic plans.

  • Analyze and review cost center budgeting, including for Marketing and other departments across our Beauty and Wellness Business Unit

  • Improve, standardize, and distribute monthly SKU-level performance data.

  • Identify and correct any vital SKU-level data changes or improvements.

  • Forecast and analyze licensing and royalty fees.

  • Track consumable attachment rates over time.

  • Report on this key business unit performance indicator.

  • Complete ad-hoc projects, including data and system validations and improvements as needed.

  • Summarize ad-hoc financial opportunities, including new sales and distribution opportunities.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Positive demeanor, standout colleague and take ownership of tasks and projects

  • Strong system and technical skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information in a credible and respectable manner

  • Ability to collaborate and accommodate varying working styles

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills; verbal and written communication

  • Attention to detail and an analytical mentality and quantitative approach to problem-solving

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Power BI

  • Experience with ERP Systems

  • Curiosity about Consumer Goods and Products Industry, brand finance, and market analysis
