Job Summary
The EMEA CRM Intern supports the EMEA CRM Lead with digital excellence across CRM platforms (Klaviyo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud). A strong aptitude with various programs (including Photoshop) and the ability to learn them will be the way to win. We are looking for an enthusiast and energetic person who will help in shaping EMEA CRM future. In this role:
· you will create email campaigns in Photoshop for all EMEA markets, according to regional calendar;
· you will support the team by building and sending campaigns in Klaviyo / Salesforce Marketing Cloud for all EMEA markets;
· you will assist the team in creating email automation flows:
· you will support the team with data collecting of post-campaign results, using different platforms (such as Google Analytics 4, Klaviyo, Tableau, etc.)
What You Need To Win:
· Bachelor's degree in E-commerce / Digital or Marketing / Economics with Digital specialization.
· Knowledge of Photoshop is a must have
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and departments.
· Attention-to-details and digital mindset
· Being able to work with MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
· Prior internship (with another role) in an e-commerce company is desirable.
· English language skills (fluent).

· 6 months + 6 months of paid internship, starting from July the 8th.
