Position Overview: We seek passionate and driven Tech Reps to join the Top Stock platform and partner with outdoor and active lifestyle brands to drive sales and awareness in local communities. In this part-time role, you will become a front-line ambassador and educator for a top-tier brand. You’ll help train staff at local retail stores that carry your brand while collaborating closely with the brand’s internal sales and marketing teams and the program managers at Top Stock to execute sales and marketing objectives in the field.

What you will do

  • Top Stock reps will be expected to have or gain knowledge of our partner brand through structured training sessions and self-education.
  • Training Visits: Top Stock reps give a clinic to the store staff and a short presentation about a brand and the product line. This visit type includes the staff of the retailer location.
  • Engagement Visits: Top Stock reps will interact with staff in one-on-one conversations or small groups as they become available.
  • In-store Maintenance: This will include taking photos, helping with inventory audits, performing competitive analysis, and surfacing feedback/insights from employees.
  • Grow the Brand: We seek high-energy, passionate, and engaging professionals who genuinely care about the future of Top Stock and the Brand(s) we represent.

Rep Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a sales, client, or customer-facing role.
  • Retail experience as an associate, manager, buyer, or sales professional is a plus.
  • A people-person who is organized, reliable, and punctual.
  • Authentic passion that aligns with a partner brand.
  • Must own a car / provide own transportation.
  • Some flexibility in schedule.
  • Must have a computer or tablet for training, communication, and ongoing collaboration
  • Must be willing to commit to at least ten store visits per quarter.
  • Must provide two personal or professional references.
