Director, Digital Product Creation, Apparel (Global TNF)
How You Will Make a Difference
In this role you will lead the team of Digital Product Creation experts in Apparel while yourself reporting into the Senior Director of Apparel Product Development. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our apparel products, from conceptualization to production. You will collaborate and liaise with senior leaders from concept to consumer leading a team that generates high-quality 3D assets across product types, proof of concept, sample reduction, and marketing sell in assets. You think creatively, recognize new business opportunities and communicate your plans for the future to motivate and inspire teammates. While leading a group of forward-thinking individuals you will upskill talent and ensure teams are clear on objectives and collaborate to ensure success. You will influence others through persuasion, deliver relevant information with confidence, and built a strong network of relationships to deliver results.
What You Will Do:
Manage short, mid and long-term projects while providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
Lead the digital product creation produces for apparel, ensuring seamless integration of digital tools and technologies throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Hold teams accountable to the overall accuracy and timeliness of their work.
Work in close partnership with design, technical development, product management, merchandising, strategy, sales and marketing to develop and implement 3D Digital Product Creation processes and brand capabilities.
Develop and implement digital workflows and processes to improve efficient, accuracy, and speed-to-market.
Utilize 3D design software, virtual prototyping tools, and other digital technologies as your team creates and visualizes product concepts.
Collaborate with external vendors including technology partners and suppliers, to leverage their expertise and capabilities in our own process.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Provide strategic direction, leadership, mentorship and inspiration to a diverse team of digital product creation experts.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to digital product creation, providing regular reporting and recommendation to senior leaders.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement promoting professional growth and development of the team.
Develops management and leadership capabilities in team members.

Skills for Success
Years of related professional experience:
- 10+ years of experience in digital product creation within the apparel industry, with a focus on design, development, production a plus.
- 5+ years proven management experience leading teams
Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What You Will Bring:
Understanding of the retail product development and go to market process.
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
Strong knowledge of 3D design software, virtual prototyping tools, and other digital technologies used in apparel product creation
Competence in 2D CAD, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, 3D/ Solid Modeling and Rapid Prototyping experience, Browzear and/or Clo3D
Excellent collaboration skills, including a proven ability to communicate with various levels of management and employees within the organization.
You must be able to lead and influence others and be comfortable presenting in front of large groups of people.
Strong ability to inspire and build a mindset and culture of innovation within your team and beyond.
Superior project planning with an ability to develop and manage multiple timelines and deadlines.
Proactive approach to identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best solutions with a values driven commitment to do what is right.

Pay Range:$144,288.00 USD - $216,432.00 USD annually
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
This position is eligible to be nominated annually to participate in a Long-Term Incentive Plan. Specific details of the plan will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
