Job Purpose Statement / 工作目的描述
• This is an important role in Vans product team of China who is fully in charge of FTW business in terms of range briefing and assortment building.
The position will be based in Shanghai and report to Direct, Marketplace Merchant.
The position should drive China FTW business by working with the relevant partner like APAC product, local sales & marketing team to ensure the strongest product line being created and introduced to the market.
Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责
Key responsibilities
-Develop FTW category strategy by aligning with Omni channel product needs with Global & APAC strategy -Focus on the biz growth of FTW by leveraging AP support & SMU briefing to build the strongest China range assortment -Work with sales channel team for sales fulfillment and new business approach
-Take initiative & drive execution to maximize the biz opportunity -Develop segmentation strategy to align with channel strategy with synergy and differentiation
Qualification & Experience Needed / 所需专业技能和工作经验
• College above
• >6 years working experience at position of category management.
• Knowledge of Product (FTW)
• Good presentation skills
• Strength of driving and facilitation cross function cooperation
