Finance Coordinator, FP&A Americas

Job Description (Position Summary):

We are currently looking for a finance coordinator to be a supportive force who empower our senior leadership and the FP&A team in the Americas region. The ideal candidate would be a highly-organized, proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to details. With a love for finance and numbers but also administrative support to the team, this person to be successful should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, understanding financial metrics and providing support to multiple teams and leaders.


  • Contribute to the analysis and presentation of Americas financial results and operating metrics for monthly forecasts and plan, providing insights on the business performance at the aggregate level.
  • Contribute to the reporting and prepare presentations of Americas financial results in preparation of quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
  • Create and organize a SharePoint site for all Americas financials shared documents, databases, publications and resources.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives, ensuring prioritization.
  • Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site.
  • Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodation, transportation and expense reports.
  • Providing assistance in drafting memos and preparing communications.
  • Support development and maintenance of financial calendar for the Americas FP&A teams.
  • Support approval processes including but not limited to investments and headcount.
  • Review incoming documents and support for signatory responsibilities.
  • Support the execution of programs intended to enhance collaboration and expand business understanding for the Americas FP&A teams.
  • Lead team initiatives across the region for the FP&A Americas team.
  • Maintain monthly newsletter.
  • Performing minor accounting duties as necessary.



  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management and 1 year doing financial analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.


Hiring Range:

$22.90 USD - $28.62 USD per hour

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
