Maintenance Technician, 1st Shift

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing comprehensive building maintenance and facilities management. This role entails managing all aspects of building and grounds maintenance, which includes renovation, expansion, and upkeep. Additionally, it involves vigilant monitoring of utility systems to guarantee their optimal and efficient operation. This position also encompasses a diverse range of general labor tasks related to building and grounds maintenance.

Essential Job Functions

Under direct supervision:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities electro/mechanical systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, such as changing fluids, replacing filters, adjusting tension, clean intakes and cold returns.
  • May operate snow removal and/or grounds keeping equipment

Skills for Success

  • High school diploma or equivalent education; associate degree preferred.
  • One year of experience preferred

Hiring Range:

$21.60 USD - $27.00 USD per hour

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
