The Regulatory Affairs and Quality Specialist will report to Senior Manager, Regulatory, Compliance & Consumer Experience and responsible for assisting in after-sales (Consumer Experience) by sampling, assessing, and verifying that if products meet certain set standards. This role ensures that compliance and expectations of the customers are met. In addition, the quality assistant may also have to keep proper documentation of the product assessment results. Such as: Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA).

Job Description:

  • Manage and arrange product training to China Distributor
  • Support Material Compliance for H&O
  • Manage and prepare the Quality Report, Such as Collecting data and presenting them in graphs and charts
  • Support the after sales service for all the enquiries from distributor
  • On-site checking for the defective samples
  • Ensuring products comply with quality and legal standards
  • Manage Quality Issue and post market surveillance with local health department
  • Manage China After Sale Center to fulfill local regulation
  • Lead the Quality improvement with Quality Team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Product Quality, Chemical Testing & Customer Relation related)
  • At least 3 years relevant working experiences
  • Familiar with ISO9000/ISO13485/QC080000/OHSAS18000/SA8000 system
  • Familiar with Chemical Testing and process control
  • Familiar with China regulations and Industrial Standard, such as GB standard…etc
  • Good communication and reporting skill
  • Able to communicate in English (Verbal/Written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Power point)
  • Well organized, good problem-solving skills and interpersonal skill
